This pin is in great condition. It has a great shiny new look to it still. This pin has a brighter and lighter tone than most I have seen circulating around. It is stamped on the back both sterling. Thr rhinestones are nice and bright. There is a makers mark under the sterling that is a arrow through a CA. This is the stamp for Carl-Art who manufactured during 1936-1976.
